The mission of the Northwest Cabarrus Student Services Department is to promote the academic, career, and personal/social development for every student. Our comprehensive developmental counseling program is data based to continuously assess, develop, and implement programs in order to raise the achievement levels for all students. As Professional School Counselors, we advocate for all students and strive to empower them to be life-long learners and responsible citizens.

News and Updates:

• Spring Schedule Change Requests- for Spring class changes will take place from November 8 to November 15. This was announced in Canvas and ParentSquare, and in the Trojan Time announcements.
• Senior 1:1 meetings have ended- NCHS Counselors met with every Senior in the month of September/October to review post-high school plans, offer advising and answer questions. Some Seniors missed their meeting appointment. They should email their counselor for a new time to meet.
• Join the NCHS Student Services Canvas class: stay updated with valuable information about things like Scholarships, College planning and more.
