Students will need to arrive by the 7:15am bell and bring their Chromebooks fully charged.

ACT March 21st, 2024- Juniors 

ACT Make-Up - March 22^nd and April 9th, 2024

ACT releases scores 5 - 8 weeks after the exam and can be accessed on MyACT.org website. 

Students with MyACT online accounts will be emailed once their scores are available.  Those scores can be reviewed online.  Schools do not typically receive scores until 1 - 2 weeks AFTER students have received their scores.

Northwest Cabarrus High School will administer the ACT to all 11th-grade students once during the school year on a regular school day. 

There is no cost for the junior students for this administration of the ACT exam.

The exam will start at the beginning of the day, promptly at 7:15am and testing will end during the 3rd Block.

Northwest Cabarrus High School only administers the ACT as a state exam to enrolled 11th grade students. 

Please bring the following items on Test Day:

-Photo ID

-Fully charged Chromebook and charger

Do NOT bring:

-Cell Phones or airpods

-Other Personal Electronic Devices including Smartwatches, Fitbits, ipods, gaming devices, etc... 

If your student has any testing accommodations, please contact the Testing Coordinator, Samantha Mauldin, by phone or email. You will have to give consent to have your students' information shared with ACT so the accommodations can be approved by ACT.
